Internal Leadership Transitions

We are pleased to announce two significant internal promotions:

• Dovilė Bansevičienė has been appointed Chief Business Banking Officer. Having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer, Dovilė will now lead our business banking strategy, succeeding Lukas Bašys, who continues his tenure as deputy CEO.
• Sandra Čereškienė has been appointed Chief Compliance Officer. Sandra, who previously served as the bank’s Data Protection and Compliance Officer, was selected for this role to ensure our regulatory framework remains robust as we expand our digital service offering.
