Workplace Technology Specialist 

About the job 

What you will do: 

  • Maintain and take responsibility for the assigned IT infrastructure. 
  •  Support company employees by resolving requests and incidents raised in JIRA. 
  •  Administer and optimize the Google Workspace environment, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Admin Console, Groups, and user lifecycle management. 
  •  Manage access across various internal systems and ensure compliance with security policies. 
  • Oversee and configure endpoint management (Windows, macOS, and mobile devices) using tools such as Google Endpoint Management, Intune, or similar. 
  • Deploy and manage business applications, configure device policies, and maintain system standards. 
  •  Automate IT processes and workflows using Google Apps Script, Python, or other automation tools to enhance efficiency. 

What you need to succeed: 

  •  At least 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration. 
  •  Proven experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). 
  •  Solid knowledge of Windows, with macOS experience considered an advantage. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical issues. 
  •  Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach. 
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal. 

Considerable advantages: 

  •  Experience with Google Apps Script or PowerShell for process automation. 
  •  Familiarity with Google Workspace Security Center, Endpoint Management, and data protection best practices. 
  •  Understanding of Google Cloud Identity, Zero Trust principles, and SAML-based integrations. 
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (for hybrid or migration environments).
