Transfers in euro throughout the euro area (SEPA) are executed on clearing system business days, five times a day.

If you submit the payment order after 4.20 p.m., on weekends or international holidays, the funds will be credited to another bank’s account on the first business day thereafter at 9.15 a.m.

*The exact time of crediting the funds to the beneficiary’s account depends on the beneficiary’s bank.

Only users with administrator rights have functionality to increase payments limits. Go to internet bank and on the right top press on settings button.

If you have administrator rights but you do not see the “Change limits and permissions” button in the “Limits and permissions” section, then write a message to the Bank by clicking on the envelope icon in the right corner of the internet bank window. In the message, please specify the account number, currency, the amount of the limit you want to change to and the name of the limit (e.g. payment, day, month).

Maximum allowed outgoing instant payment amount is 15,000.00 EUR.

You can submit bulk payments by logging in to internet bank, uploading payment file and confirming it.

Requirements for payment file:

• File format has to be XML;

• File size cannot exceed 3 MB;

• File cannot consist of more than 3,000 payments;

• Payer’s account number has to be your account number (IBAN) in our bank;

• XML must be ISO 20022 pain.001.001.03 message.

1. Log in to internet bank.

2. Make sure that the menu bar is expanded. If collapsed, expand it by clicking “>” in the top left corner:

   

3. Select “Payment” section.

4. Select “Bulk payments” sub-section.

5. Click “+” and select a payment file from your device.

6. Click “Save and confirm” > “Confirm”.

7. Confirm the payment file with the confirmation tool used.
