Head of Cards

In this role you will:

  • Take responsibility and accountability to select best partners and develop Cards as a new Product for SME ecosystem companies, set strategic product development roadmap;
  • Work with other leadership and business teams to elaborate the needs and priorities to build a better product, drive continuous improvement into other related existing products;
  • Manage all aspects of product, including stakeholders, requirements, launches and issues;
  • Manage related vendors / providers / partnerships;
  • Build high-performing team to reach objectives;
  • Focus on delivery through collaboration;
  • Reimagine journeys with cross functional teams and manage collaborating across functions to build truly seamless end-to-end journeys;
  • Maintain a prioritized Product Backlog that is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next;
  • Effectively run backlog refinement / grooming sessions at regular intervals;
  • Ensure the usability, quality and delivery of a feature and the product as a whole.


  • Solid experience within the Cards area (possible partners, schemes and innovative cards products), issuing and acquiring included;
  • Experience in new product development – Cards (preferred);
  • Experience with both Credit, Debit and virtual, plastic Cards;
  • Experience managing in matrixed environment including managing cross functional teams; excellent stakeholder management;
  • Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation;
  • Experience in design thinking methodology and agile way of working in scrum (move fast and iterate);
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and to manage organizational and content complexity;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
